Healing Heroes House Weaverville, NCTuning into the celebratory tide of the holidays and Christ consciousness. A time to be in our bodies while we connect to our global family!
Tuning into the celebratory tide of the holidays and Christ consciousness. A time to be in our bodies while we connect to our global family!
A special practice to set intentions for a new personal cycle.
Please enter the practice space quietly to honor this sacred time to go within! Practice may be gentler/more restorative.
We use sacred geometry, mudras, and our open third eyes to flow through spontaneous asanas. Creating shapes and containers within the group. This encourages a real remembering of our Subtle/Energetic Body so that we can truly sense and enjoy the light and energy that we are comprised of! A quicker flow than asana practice, and
Traditional breath, postures and intentions designed to honor the perfect balance of yin & yang, or “sthira sukham asanam” – resolutely abiding in good space. The practice is strengthening, aligned, and with a good dose of surrender to the majesty of the body, mind & Spirit!
A practice to share and give thanks to the lessons, growth, and community that nurtured us in 2019.
Committing this new year to our practice and each other. Setting sankalpas (intentions) for the year and the promise to live with the clarity of perfect vision!
