Dropping into the sweet shifting of Venus behind the sun as it transitions from a morning star to an evening star.
Traditionally, while Venus is a morning star, it encourages us to love outwards. As it shifts to an evening star, we are now encouraged to self love!
A mix of styles–Light Alignment and Restorative Yoga.
