How often do you find yourself in a new stage of life? Perhaps so subtlely, it’s like floating on a river current to realize you’ve gone through the delta and are now heading for oceanic vastness? This is a New Moon to take a moment to orient and enjoy where and how you are flowing…
A mix of styles–Asana Practice and Light Alignment–with encouragement to go within/set intentions for the lunar cycle.
