What is integration, exactly?

We use the term often when doing energy work. We meet our guides and receive messages and healing…now what? Time to integrate!

Join us for big picture exploration of integration. Get curious about the shadow and the light, and how an integrative approach to holding BOTH may be the key to a new level of freedom and ease. Check in with your guidance on how to practically apply this to your everyday evolution.

This Journey Circle will be a little different, more of a workshop vibe along with our usual visits to the other worlds.

Why Journey? Well, for one, it’s MAGIC! Learning to use and strengthen the “multidimensional muscle” is helpful across life: assisting in meditative practices; getting clarity and guidance more quickly and easily; grounding in the reminder that we are a part of a MASSIVE MULTIVERSE of helpful Spirits and Beings, in-person community, and the largeness of Self. ✨

Exploring our consciousness and meeting our guides in the lower world, upper world, and middle worlds. Traveling in the tradition of Core Shamanism via drum beat.

Bring your drum if you have one as you’re welcome to drum while you journey. Also, bring a blanket and eye pillow for journeying, a journal to capture insights, and a water bottle. You’re welcome to bring a drum or any portable instrument that calls to you and a crystal to charge/clear on the altar and/or journey with.

Join us in-person only at The Well.

We will not hold circle if there are fewer than four attendees. Please let me know if you are intending to attend, and I can keep you in the loop you in case of cancellation.

Snacks are provided for grounding and fellowship afterwards. $20-30

**Parking deets!**

The Well is at 3 Louisiana Ave, 28806. Park behind the building by turning left on Louisiana before the light, or off Haywood. Entrance is up the ramp if you park here. Otherwise, park at the Ingles and if the front door is locked (the one with the mural), then walk around and come in from the ramp behind the building.**
