New Moon Restorative Practice (ONLINE AVAILABLE)

We will honor the New Moon in Libra–a cycle to strengthen our relationships and synthesize the opposites. A mix of styles–yoga and light alignment–gentle and restorative with encouragement to go within/set intentions for the lunar cycle. (This class has the option to practice from a chair and is accessible to all levels).
Virtual class available on Zoom.
