Celebrating the New Moon in Pisces and all her exquisite energies! This is a time to feel into what is coming to completion for you–and perhaps some transformative, deep reprogramming is done. We can start a new lunar cycle with integrative intentions for ourselves and therefore the collective consciousness, which will lead us into the new astrological year!
A mix of styles–asana practice and light alignment–with encouragement to go within/set intentions for the lunar cycle.
