New Moon Practice (ONLINE ONLY)

We will honor the New Moon in Taurus which is asking us to ground, go within, and work with our fiery, independent feminist! You may feel called to retreat (as I do!) and invite the shadow work that makes the light all the more clear and vibrant. A mix of styles–asana practice and light alignment–with encouragement to go within/set intentions for the lunar cycle.
Virtual class available on Zoom.
