How is our perception changing? How are some of the “old facts and truths” shifting? This New Moon cycle brings some discipline and simple JOY to how to are seeing/living our creative days!
A mix of styles–Asana Practice and Light Alignment–with encouragement to go within/set intentions for the lunar cycle.
