Celebrating the New Moon in Virgo and all the celestial influences and encouragements that she brings. It’s a natural time to cleanse and bless our bodies during this lunar cycle.
A mix of styles–asana practice and light alignment–with encouragement to go within/set intentions for the lunar cycle.
