Celebrating and honoring the New Moon in Sagittarius (known as the Cold Moon*) and the start of another lunar cycle!
After a potentially intense time with the Eclipse alignments over the past month, this Moon lifts us up and gives us light, sweet sailing energy for the New Beginning in your life and the New Earth that we are creating together.
A mix of styles–Asana Practice and Light Alignment–with encouragement to go within/set intentions for the lunar cycle and the New Earth.
