Celebrating and honoring the Super New Moon in Capricorn (known as the Wolf Moon*) and the start of another lunar cycle!
This is the second New Moon in a series of five that fall within one degree of their signs. What does that mean? A series of beginnings and renewals!
A mix of styles–Restorative Yoga and Light Alignment–with encouragement to go within/set intentions for the lunar cycle and the burgeoning of the light!
