Meditation & Breathwork: Cooling & Calming

Use breath to create air conditioning!

Join us as we practice śītali prānāyāma, which will cool us down when we are physically warm, overheated or experiencing a hot flash. It also helps to reduce anxiety and create calm, peace and stillness.

Pranayama (breathing) techniques and chanting from yoga to stay focused on your health, wellbeing and center of ease.
