Get all giggly with us at the park! Join us for EarthHeart Healing’s Movement Practice. This month, we’re going to LIGHTEN UP and give ourselves the gift of joy and community! The yoga is accessible to all–just bring yourself!
We will be meeting by the platform at the Main Street Nature Park in Weaverville from 5-6pm. The weather looks wonderful–bask in the warm weather and give your face a smiling workout.
