But it does mean that we regenerate our cells more quickly than the Old World has taught us is “normal”–feeling more alive, thriving, agile, and appreciative of our bodies while keeping the wisdom that our years have gifted us.

How does this process of aging and regeneration change as we are anchoring in New Earth? How do we, in our near future, age? What is the new “norm” for a human lifespan?

Join us for this mini-workshop: After an introduction, we welcome your questions. After a break, we’ll do an exercise to be present to your MindBody’s regenerative process, and reveal/allow the rate at which is sustainable and exhilarating to you!
