Full SuperMoon Practice in the Park! (ONLINE AVAILABLE)

The Full SuperMoon in Aquarius keeps pushing us to clear out the old, clear out the old, and…well, clear out the old! The more we nourish fertile ground for our new selves, the more room we have to grow! Saturn is active during this Moon and so we may also be practicing setting boundaries while the park holds nurturing and restorative space for us!

A mix of styles–Restorative Yoga and Light Alignment.

This class will meet in the park pending good weather. Virtual class with limited visuals should also be available on Zoom.
