Full Moon Practice! (ONLINE ONLY)

Celebrating and honoring the Full Moon in Virgo (known as the Worm Moon*) that dawns on Tuesday, and all the energy and wisdom she brings.

This powerful Moon is asking us to honor purification, Mama Earth’s healing gifts, and the myth of Sedna, who represents an outer planet at play. As we are in a tremendous cycle of Death & Rebirth, Sedna is asking us to consider changes in the economy, the environment, Self-Love and our own fear of change.

A mix of styles–Asana Practice and Light Alignment.
