Full Moon Light Alignment (ONLINE AVAILABLE)

We connect to the Full Moon in Libra–peeking to full brightness for us on the East coast at 10:35pm that night. Libra is about balance, and the moon will be encouraging us to feel and share our feelings–both of a positive or negative nature. A movement practice to honor that sharing and balancing.
