This Full Moon in Taurus is paired with a Lunar Eclipse and kicks off Eclipse season!
Eclipses are potent portals to dive even deeper into the patterns of our lives–whether it is truly seeing/letting go of that addiction, shaking things up and out, or pulling out and emoting trauma so that it no longer lies buried in our bodies and consciousness! With the sun in Scorpio, this “diving deep” introspection is encouraged, and Taurian energy is asking us to integrate it well into our material, everyday lives.
A mix of styles–asana practice and light alignment–with encouragement to go within/set intentions for the lunar cycle.
