Autumnal Equinox Practice (ONLINE ONLY)

Autumn is the season to harvest, and to compost all that no longer serves. Astrologically, this is also the start of Libra season, encouraging us to look to our relationships while we cut the wheat from the chaff. It may strengthen us to give and support during this time, as just as much so when we ask for help of others. Setting intentions for the season, as well as surrendering to The Divine Flow. A mix of styles–asana practice and Light Alignment.
