New Moon Practice in the Park! (ONLINE AVAILABLE)

We will honor the New Moon in Leo by “going within” and connecting the sun! A special practice to listen to our own Manipura chakra and how our identity, confidence, creativity and expression fuels this lunar cycle and our lives. A mix of styles–asana practice and light alignment.
This class will meet in the park pending good weather. Virtual class with limited visuals should also be available on Zoom.
