We continue around The Medicine Wheel with the Budding Trees Moon, and the Northern Hemisphere’s Spring medicine of new resources, energy, and an opportunity for leadership that perhaps you’ve never been ready to claim before!

This special SuperMoon also coincides with a Total Solar Eclipse! WOWZA!

A mix of styles–Asana Practice and Light Alignment–with encouragement to go within/set intentions for the lunar cycle.
