Celebrating and honoring the Full Harvest* SuperMoon in Aries and all the “launching” spirit and vitality she brings!

A mix of styles–Restorative Yoga & Reiki and Light Alignment. We will be infusing our practice with the Reiki symbol choku rei to help us ride the “power of action” vibes around this Moon!
This class will meet in the park pending good weather. Virtual class with potentially limited visuals should also be available on Zoom. Please let me know if you plan to attend in person.
