Celebrating and honoring the New Moon in Libra (known as the Hunter’s Moon*) and the start of another lunar cycle! As we and this world is changing quickly, we’ll ask ourselves, “What is my updated version of balance?” Setting intentions to adjust our self-care and boundary habits, as well as more room to say “HELL YES!” and trusting in the flow!
A mix of styles–Asana Practice and Light Alignment–with encouragement to go within/set intentions for the lunar cycle.
