From July 4-5th the Sun aligns with the star Sirius, which to ancient astrologers represents our “Spiritual Sun”. This is a chance to fuel our subtle bodies with the Sirius’s energy the way our physical bodies are fueled by the Sun. Sirius is also a powerful portal to our Universe and tuning into it’s energy can help us access our multidimensional nature!
A mix of styles–Asana Practice and Light Alignment. Class available virtually on Zoom or in-person.
