We will welcome the transformative and healing waters of Neptune retrograding through Pisces and the New Moon in Cancer! Tuning into our sensitivity and how we can best use it to benefit our lives and the lives of others. Neptune’s retrograde gives us insights into periods in the past and how we’ve grown. Especially in the themes of illusion and our spiritual journey!
A mix of styles–Asana Practice and Light Alignment.
This class will meet in the park pending good weather. Virtual class with limited visuals should also be available on Zoom.
