New Moon Practice (ONLINE ONLY)

This New Moon in Libra is the perfect time to tune into and tune up our lives in the relationship(s) department. To get out our Codependency Magnifying glasses and feel into where we are strong, and where we are lacking, and where we can transform our fears and/or our egos! As Cafe Astrology puts it: “We have a chance to build our negotiating skills without compromising our principles or needs, and without resorting to appeasement.”

A mix of styles–asana practice and light alignment–with encouragement to go within/set intentions for the lunar cycle.
