New Moon Practice

We will merge with the New Moon in Aquarius and lean into the Stellium that it activates. This means seven celestial bodies will be in the sign of Aquarius, honing our focus to our sense of revolution and evolution. We will also be focusing on self-care, forgiveness and releasing of old resentments as these planets remind us we are in a NEW time!

A mix of styles–asana practice and light alignment–gentle and restorative with encouragement to go within/set intentions for the lunar cycle and for the power of the Stellium.
