New Moon Practice (ONLINE AVAILABLE)

We will honor the New Moon in Sagittarius and Solar Eclipse, a POWERFUL time to celebrate our blessings and new beginnings. A mix of styles–asana practice and light alignment–gentle and restorative with encouragement to go within/set intentions for the lunar cycle, and pre-pave for the next seasonal year on the Solstice the following week!
