New Moon Practice (ONLINE AVAILABLE)

We will honor the New Moon in Virgo–surrendering to the beauty of chaos and our responsibility to honor it. A mix of styles–asana practice and light alignment–gentle and restorative with encouragement to go within/set intentions for the lunar cycle.
