SUMMARY:Shamanic Journey Circle: Fortifying the Community Wheel
DESCRIPTION:Winter is the time for making repairs. In the olden days\, we would have fortified the wheels of our wagons\, carts\, hearts. That way\, as the tremendous-bursting-forth energy of Spring comes along\, if we get stuck in the mud\, we have strong wheels\, and well-connected spokes/folks to move us out! \nIn this unique journey\, we will be creating a Community Wheel with our bodies lying on the ground\, and we’ll journey for the person or “spoke” beside us. We’ll offer gifts\, repairs\, and any other Winter Medicine this person’s system needs before we enter Spring. You’ll also receive this gift in kind! \nJoin us for a one-of-a-kind shared experience: connecting to old practices\, the seasons\, profound medicine\, and each other! \nExploring our consciousness and meeting our guides in the lower world\, upper world\, and middle worlds. Traveling in the tradition of Core Shamanism via drum beat. \nBring your drum if you have one as you’re welcome to drum while you journey. Also\, bring a blanket and eye pillow for journeying\, a journal to capture insights\, and a water bottle. You’re welcome to bring a drum or any portable instrument that calls to you and a crystal to charge/clear on the altar and/or journey with. \nJoin us in-person only at The Well. Please let me know if you are interested in attending. \nSnacks are provided for grounding and fellowship afterwards. $20-30 \nSome journey experience will be helpful. DESCRIPTION:Ephemeral. What a cool word! \nThis is the season of ephemerals. These are plants and flowers that have a short life cycle…often coming up in late Winter or early Spring to brave a frost (or several!) and bloom regardless. \nAn ephemeral spring is also a flow of water that emerges temporarily\, creating a whole ecosystem of energy until the rains subside and the mountain takes back her water. \nAlong with the magic of the Vernal Equinox\, we will journey to harness this INCREDIBLE ENERGY SOURCE to burst us from Winter Slowness into focus\, creativity\, and mighty preparations for whatever aligns in our Summer Fruiting! \nPlease bring ephemeral flowers and/or water that you find flowing in natural streams (braving the cold!)
