DESCRIPTION:“Words can satisfy your mind but silence satisfies the soul.” \n-Nitim Namdeo \nI have found taking a day of silence a week has been one of the most effective healing practices and brings me closer to the wisdom of my more Expanded Self. \nDuring this special meditation\, we will do a breathwork practice on our own and sit in silence. The intention here is to allow for the healing balm of silence to quiet our mind and begin the day connecting energetically (and without words!) to the hearts of the others joining the meditation. I have found silence more challenging and also more profound when it is companionable. \nYou are welcome to join us from 8-8:10am ET and catch up with the other Tators (short for Meditators). I will arrive at 8:10 when we will begin the practice. There will be an invitation to do Earth Breath (aka Box Breath) with a description in the chat. We will sit in silent meditation until 8:50am\, when I will close with a silent bow to you all and then leave the meeting. DESCRIPTION:Get your Mama Earth magic while stretching and breathing with the Nature Spirits! Gentle yoga with occasional yin poses for satisfying sighs of relief. Accessible to most with modifications offered. \nThis is a special class offered once a month as Wolfgang Ettenreich of Luminous Now will also be playing the didgeridoo. The medicine of having these deep\, ancient Earth Vibrations played on your body is also available for those who want it! \nA mix of styles–Restorative Yoga and Light Alignment–with encouragement to go release\, relax\, and receive! \nThis class is offered once a month\, 9:00-10:30am in-person only at the Weaverville Main Street Nature Park pending good weather. Please let me know if you plan to attend. \nPayment options here. Typically $20 for a drop-in or $15 if you buy a package of 10. Wolfgang also accepts tips.
