DESCRIPTION:Imbolc is a Celtic holiday that honors the midway point between Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox. We will meet/reconnect with Brigid\, an aspect of Gaia that shifts from her Autumnal Crone (as Callieach or Bone Mother) to a Vernal Maiden in preparation for Spring. Like the crocus\, lily\, daffodil and other ephemerals\, it’s a time to notice what is bravely blooming in you. It’s a time for “celebration\, prophecy\, purification\, initiation.” (from WeMoon) \nIf you would like to tap into potent purification and initiation energies\, you may want to dress in white or light colors\, and bring a stone that resonates with you. \nExploring our consciousness and meeting our guides in the lower world\, upper world\, and middle worlds. Traveling in the tradition of Core Shamanism via drum beat. \nBring a blanket and eye pillow for journeying\, a journal to capture insights\, and a water bottle. We also tune into the corresponding subtle body benefits of bringing focus and energy to these levels (largely through muscular activations called the bandhas). \nWe are focusing on the more obvious diaphragm–the respiratory diaphragm! This center level engages/creates not only breath\, but strength and empowerment.
