Traveling in the tradition of Core Shamanism via drum beat. \nBring your drum if you have one as you’re welcome to drum while you journey. Also\, bring a blanket and eye pillow for journeying\, a journal to capture insights\, and a water bottle. DESCRIPTION:Enjoy Sanctuary\n\n\nwith Liminal Yoga\nin February\n\nSlow down and sync into this precious time of year\nwhen Mama Earth herself is dreaming…\nThis is a special in-person practice inspired by the impact of Helene on our WNC home. \nWhether it is rebuilding your home or finding a new one\, harvesting gifts and blessings and integrating changes from the Storm\, this practice focuses on the rejuvenation of the physical\, mental\, emotional and energetic bodies to ground deeper into a New You. As our landscape has changed\, so we have an opportunity to shift our inner landscape to greater peace\, resilience\, freedom\, joy and energy to Rebuild and Renew! \nWe’re also focusing on nourishment from our Winter’s Cave this season. \nThe class style is based on Asana Practice–strengthening and invigorating with plenty of modifications offered for an easier experience. \nThis class offered Mondays\, 9:00-10:15am in-person only at Samasati Sanctuary. \nPayment options here.
