Somehow I never found the right people for this…until meeting Randi and Wolfgang! \nWhile they have been building their collective for some time\, last month was the first one that we hosted at our place\, The Well. It was easily one of my favorite events that has happened here\, and felt like one of the most powerful (which is saying a lot.) Randi and Wolfgang are both gifted healers\, and also do much to facilitate a circle that brings out everyone’s innate healing gifts. DESCRIPTION:Helene hit\, and changed our lives. \nAs compassionate and empathic beings\, we’re feeling the whole gambit! Our inner storm\, the make-shifting of our homes\, our community\, and those who are suffering and experienced loss to a greater degree. \nIn this Journey Circle\, we’ll tune into the Blessing of the Storm–getting deep insight on how to move forward on all of these levels\, from inner clarity to outer application of our grief and contribution\, as well as guidance from Mama Earth and the Spirits of this Land to guide us forward in rebuilding and renewing! \nExploring our consciousness and meeting our guides in the lower world\, upper world\, and middle worlds. Traveling in the tradition of Core Shamanism via drum beat. \nBring your drum if you have one as you’re welcome to drum while you journey. Also\, bring a blanket and eye pillow for journeying\, a journal to capture insights\, and a water bottle. You’re welcome to bring a drum or any portable instrument that calls to you and a crystal to charge/clear on the altar and/or journey with. \nJoin us in-person only at The Well. Doors open at 6:15pm for a prompt 6:30 start! Please let me know if you are interested in attending. \nWe also tend to enjoy a closing ceremony at the end with a little group magic! Sometimes that takes us a little bit over time so we may end around 8:45-9ish. DESCRIPTION:This is a special in-person practice inspired by the impact of Helene on our WNC home. \nWhether it is rebuilding your home or finding a new one\, harvesting gifts and blessings and integrating changes from the Storm\, this practice focuses on the rejuvenation of the physical\, mental\, emotional and energetic bodies to ground deeper into a New You. As our landscape has changed\, so we have an opportunity to shift our inner landscape to greater peace\, resilience\, freedom\, joy and energy to Rebuild and Renew! \nThe class style is based on Asana Practice–strengthening and invigorating with plenty of modifications offered for an easier experience. \nThis class offered Mondays\, 9:00-10:15am in-person only at Samasati Sanctuary. \nPayment options here.
