SUMMARY:Yoga Class: Rebuilding from the Inside Out
DESCRIPTION:This is a special in-person practice inspired by the impact of Helene on our WNC home. \nWhether it is rebuilding your home or finding a new one\, harvesting gifts and blessings and integrating changes from the Storm\, this practice focuses on the rejuvenation of the physical\, mental\, emotional and energetic bodies to ground deeper into a New You. As our landscape has changed\, so we have an opportunity to shift our inner landscape to greater peace\, resilience\, freedom\, joy and energy to Rebuild and Renew! \nThe class style is based on Asana Practice–strengthening and invigorating with plenty of modifications offered for an easier experience. \nThis class offered Mondays\, 9:00-10:15am in-person only at Samasati Sanctuary. \nPayment options here. Typically $20 for a drop-in or $15 if you buy a package of 10. Come as you’re able and aligned! \nLooking for online live yoga classes? We Zoom on Wednesday and Friday mornings from 9-10:15am ET.
