DESCRIPTION:Join our EarthHeart Healing members for a movement practice to help integrate the shifts and MORE ENERGY FLOW that we cultivate as we heal & grow! \n\n\n\nGet all giggly with us at the park!  🤣 This month\, we’re going to LIGHTEN UP and give ourselves the gift of joy and community! The yoga is accessible to all–just bring yourself! \n\n\n\nBest if you eat well beforehand or arrive with an empty stomach. If you’re an East Coaster\, you may enjoy a lovely night’s sleep after this one! \n\n\n\n**Please let me know if you’ll be arriving in person or digital land for this one.** \n\n\n\nThis session is included in the EarthHeart Healing Membership.\n\n\n\nThis is also open to the public–$15 for non-members.
