DESCRIPTION:Join us for a special Asana Practice series: “Five Diaphragms of the Body”\, where we explore the five platforms or horizontal planes within our physical structure. We also tune into the corresponding subtle body benefits of bringing focus and energy to these levels (largely through muscular activations called the bandhas). \nWe are focusing on the more obvious diaphragm–the respiratory diaphragm! This center level engages/creates not only breath\, but strength and empowerment.
