DESCRIPTION:This is a special in-person practice t0 connect to the Nature Spirits and fortify our Inner Spirit with community! \nWe will continue our Monday class theme of Rebuilding from the Inside Out\, inspired by the impact of Helene on our WNC home. \nWhether it is rebuilding your home or finding a new one\, harvesting gifts and blessings and integrating changes from the Storm\, this practice focuses on the rejuvenation of the physical\, mental\, emotional and energetic bodies to ground deeper into a New You. As our landscape has changed\, so we are shifting our inner landscape to greater peace\, resilience\, freedom\, joy and energy to Rebuild and Renew! \nThe class style is based on Asana Practice–strengthening and invigorating with plenty of modifications offered for an easier experience. \nThis class offered Mondays\, 9:00-10:15am in-person only at the Weaverville Main Street Nature Park pending good weather. In the case of inclement weather\, we will meet at at Samasati Sanctuary. Please let me know if you plan to attend. \nPayment options here. Typically $20 for a drop-in or $15 if you buy a package of 10. Come as you’re able and aligned! \nLooking for online live yoga classes? We Zoom on Wednesday and Friday mornings from 9-10:15am ET. DESCRIPTION:Get your Mama Earth magic while stretching and breathing with the Nature Spirits! Gentle yoga with occasional yin poses for satisfying sighs of relief. Accessible to most with modifications offered. \nWe also have the Full Moon and Lionsgate energy to play with! Lots of empowering energy to sink/synch into! 💥 \nThis is a special class offered once a month as Wolfgang Ettenreich of Luminous Now will also be playing the didgeridoo. The medicine of having these deep\, ancient Earth Vibrations played on your body is also available for those who want it! \nA mix of styles–Restorative Yoga and Light Alignment–with encouragement to go release\, relax\, and receive! \nThis class is offered once a month\, 9:00-10:30am in-person only at the Weaverville Main Street Nature Park pending good weather.
