SUMMARY:Shamanic Journey Circle: Connect to Our Pleiadian Guides
DESCRIPTION:There are two gorgeous statues carved by a Māori artist from a fallen redwood at The Well that represent Pleiadian guides. \nWe have learned about and connected to these benevolent Cosmic Spirits in our morning Meditation & Breathwork book studies. Generally\, the Pleiadians are a very positive\, light-filled guidance from these Seven Sister stars. \nMy first introduction to the Seven Sisters was at the Matariki celebrations while I lived in New Zealand. The Pleiades rise over their horizon for them in late June–this year it’s a couple days after our Journey on Friday\, June 28! \nJoin us for this journey to meet the Guides that are honored by the carvings. Perhaps they will become part of your pantheon of Helping Spirits from the Upper World! \n— \nFrom Karen at The Well: \n“The male one is the one I’ve had some interaction with. The female one seems to hold the most power in a sense and isn’t chatty in the same way. He seems to defer to her always. If any gifts or offerings are brought for them\, please offer to her first (this seems very important). \nWe just call them “The Beings”. His “name” seems to be a certain color of green light. Among other things\, they bring the gift of pure starlight. \nThey really dislike cell phones. In general they absolutely love music.* \nThey love being part of the space and what’s going on\, definitely here to help and interact\, so they want to stay!” \n*A few us heard some amazing ethereal/native-sounding music during our first journey there a month ago. DESCRIPTION:Circles do not exist \nThis is the title of the drawing we are featuring by Jason Padgett. It is 720 right triangles rotating at 1/2 degree from each other. He argues that in Nature there are no circles\, but a series of triangles–lines\, angles–that create the illusion of a perfect circle. \nFrom Jason in reference to his drawing: “What’s so amazing about Pi is that everything in the universe breaks down into it…There is no curve but as you can see the more triangles that are squeezed into the perimeter the more it APPEARS to be a circle or curve. Just like when you look at a mountain and think\, that is not a curve or circle\, but if you zoom out into outer space and look at the earth it LOOKS like a perfect sphere. But when you’re on the earth it looks completely different. In other words\, what is a circle is relative. The mountain is not a circle when you’re looking at it one the earth\, but it looks like a circle (or part of one) from outer space. This is one of the many beautiful illusions of relativity.” \nIn these journeys\, we will honor the Divine Order of Pi as it is opposed by Divine Chaos.
