DESCRIPTION:Are you noticing all the energy required for these early Spring blooms to blossom? \nThese intrepid flowers are called ephemerals. They are especially inspiring to me because they emerge without fear or “danger” of frost or unpredictable late Winter/early Spring freezing precipitation. \nIn yoga\, we call the energy that the inhale gives us bṛṃhaṇa.  \nWe’ll begin this  special journey with a bit of breathwork to honor the bursting creativity of Spring and her element of Air/Wind. Wolfgang will connect us deeply to this ENERGIZING Earth Magic via the didgeridoo!  \nWhat is being created through you that could use a boost? Dispel some fears or limitations? Allow the unabashed blooming of Mama Earth to contribute to your own! \nExploring our consciousness and meeting our guides in the lower world\, upper world\, and middle worlds. Traveling in the tradition of Core Shamanism via drum beat. \nBring a blanket and eye pillow for journeying\, a journal to capture insights\, and a water bottle. You’re welcome to bring a drum or any portable instrument that calls to you and a crystal to charge/clear on the altar and/or journey with. \nJoin us in-person only at the Hubbub Haven. Space is limited–please let me know if you are interested in attending. \nSnacks are provided for grounding and fellowship afterwards. $20-30 \nBeginners are encouraged to attend! \nTo learn more\, journey here!
