We have some instruments that you are welcome to play such as crystal bowls\, drums\, handpans\, rainsticks\, etc. \n**********\nKeren\, Healer & The Proprietor of The Well offers a description: \n“From the time I moved to Asheville in 2018\, I have wanted participate in some kind of regular healing circle. Somehow I never found the right people for this…until meeting Randi and Wolfgang! \nWhile they have been building their collective for some time\, last month was the first one that we hosted at our place\, The Well. It was easily one of my favorite events that has happened here\, and felt like one of the most powerful (which is saying a lot.) Randi and Wolfgang are both gifted healers\, and also do much to facilitate a circle that brings out everyone’s innate healing gifts. I love that there are so many paths to healing represented in the circle—energy work\, therapeutic touch\, music and sound\, song\, light language\, crystals\, oracle decks\, anointing oils\, channeling…pretty much anything well intentioned that you want to bring to the table is welcome and it’s a safe place to really go out there in a way that is not always easy if you are used to working with clients who have expectations for their sessions (“I just want a good deep tissue massage\, nothing woo woo.”) \nIt was fascinating how easily and wordlessly the energy flowed where it needed to go. When I was receiving healing\, I had a deep knot around my left ovary that has been there for years release in a dramatic way and a month later it still is healed. \nIf you have a desire to heal others but lack the experience or credentials to feel confident in calling yourself a “healer\,” you will amaze yourself at what you are capable of and how great it feels. \nIf you are a burnt out healer\, you will walk away inspired. \nIf you love working with others but want to push your capabilities\, this is your opportunity to reach for the stars… \nIf you are in need of healing on any level\, this is for you—come out and be open to the miraculous!” \n**********\nSome fellowship with snacks afterwards. SUMMARY:Shamanic Journey Circle: Fortifying the Community Wheel
DESCRIPTION:Winter is the time for making repairs. In the olden days\, we would have fortified the wheels of our wagons\, carts\, hearts. That way\, as the tremendous-bursting-forth energy of Spring comes along\, if we get stuck in the mud\, we have strong wheels\, and well-connected spokes/folks to move us out! \nIn this unique journey\, we will be creating a Community Wheel with our bodies lying on the ground\, and we’ll journey for the person or “spoke” beside us. We’ll offer gifts\, repairs\, and any other Winter Medicine this person’s system needs before we enter Spring. You’ll also receive this gift in kind! \nJoin us for a one-of-a-kind shared experience: connecting to old practices\, the seasons\, profound medicine\, and each other! \nExploring our consciousness and meeting our guides in the lower world\, upper world\, and middle worlds. Traveling in the tradition of Core Shamanism via drum beat. \nBring your drum if you have one as you’re welcome to drum while you journey. Also\, bring a blanket and eye pillow for journeying\, a journal to capture insights\, and a water bottle. You’re welcome to bring a drum or any portable instrument that calls to you and a crystal to charge/clear on the altar and/or journey with. \nJoin us in-person only at The Well. These are plants and flowers that have a short life cycle…often coming up in late Winter or early Spring to brave a frost (or several!) and bloom regardless. \nAn ephemeral spring is also a flow of water that emerges temporarily\, creating a whole ecosystem of energy until the rains subside and the mountain takes back her water. \nAlong with the magic of the Vernal Equinox\, we will journey to harness this INCREDIBLE ENERGY SOURCE to burst us from Winter Slowness into focus\, creativity\, and mighty preparations for whatever aligns in our Summer Fruiting! \nPlease bring ephemeral flowers and/or water that you find flowing in natural streams (braving the cold!) Some examples are crocuses\, jonquils and daffodils\, hyacinth…) \nExploring our consciousness and meeting our guides in the lower world\, upper world\, and middle worlds. DESCRIPTION:Pisgah National Forest is our home. She’s shifted and changed as we have\, and still her heart beat is heard in ours. \nJoin us for a Group Journey to the Heart of Pisgah and sit with her wisdom for you personally\, and for us as a community rebuilding\, as Spring takes hold and new life emerges! \nPlease go on a walk or hike somewhere in our local “woods” and find a portal to the Heart of Pisgah… Some examples may be an entrance at the base of a tree\, a shadowy cave\, or a pore in a mushroom. Where does she invite you in? Take a photo of it if you can and we’ll use this as our Middle World entrance for the journeys. \nExploring our consciousness and meeting our guides in the lower world\, upper world\, and middle worlds. Traveling in the tradition of Core Shamanism via drum beat. \nBring your drum if you have one as you’re welcome to drum while you journey. Also\, bring a blanket and eye pillow for journeying\, a journal to capture insights\, and a water bottle. You’re welcome to bring a drum or any portable instrument that calls to you and a crystal to charge/clear on the altar and/or journey with. \nJoin us in-person only at The Well. Please let me know if you are interested in attending. \nSnacks are provided for grounding and fellowship afterwards. $20-30 \nSome journey experience will be helpful.
