SUMMARY:5 Diaphragms of the Body: The Pelvic Floor (ONLINE ONLY)
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a special Asana Practice series: “Five Diaphragms of the Body”\, where we explore the five platforms or horizontal planes within our physical structure. We also tune into the corresponding subtle body benefits of bringing focus and energy to these levels (largely through muscular activations called the bandhas). \nWe move on to the pelvic floor–our stronghold at the base of the spine for grounding. Energetically it connects us to community and our primitive instincts as an extension of Mama Earth.
