DESCRIPTION:Get your Mama Earth magic while stretching and breathing with the Nature Spirits! Gentle yoga with occasional yin poses for satisfying sighs of relief. Accessible to most with modifications offered. \nThis is a special class offered once a month as Wolfgang Ettenreich of Luminous Now will also be playing the didgeridoo. The medicine of having these deep\, ancient Earth Vibrations played on your body is also available for those who want it! \nA mix of styles–Restorative Yoga and Light Alignment–with encouragement to go release\, relax\, and receive! \nThis class is offered once a month\, 9:00-10:30am in-person only at the Weaverville Main Street Nature Park pending good weather. Please let me know if you plan to attend. \nPayment options here. Typically $20 for a drop-in or $15 if you buy a package of 10. Wolfgang also accepts tips.
